As you can appreciate, since we also have a retail store, our quantity listed can be incorrect. The number you see is the average number we have in stock at any one time, but you may place an order an hour after we have had 4 customers in our store buying up big for their party in the same theme. Usually if we are out of stock of an item, it is only a matter of a week before it is back instock, but please send us a message, or call us if your party is 2 days away! We will let you know if an item is out of stock and either offer you a replacement item, or a refund on your items. Also we do try and update our store regularly, but we get very busy, and may have items we just haven't listed as yet.
